The Baldrige mini assessment is for companies that don't know much about the Baldrige criteria, but think they are a good company and want a quick assessment to see how they would score on the Baldrige system.

 

Excelleration's senior examiners will come to your location and interview the senior leadership team and prepare a report. The report will highlight your company's strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Baldrige Made Simple! Workshop (2 day)

 

Acquire the knowledge and skills to assess your own organization using named Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. During this two day workshop your company will have the opportunity to:

Closing Performance Gaps Workshop (1 day)

 

This one-day workshop is specifically set up for the senior leadership of a company who want to get clarity on how to fix performance gaps. You will be getting answers while the brain is engaged in problem solving.

 

     Learn how to close the performance gaps in approach or deployment to achieve better results.

     Discover the common causes of performance gaps.

     Demystify and "reverse engineer" the Baldrige award criteria items and scoring.
